Teaching
John has taught trial advocacy as a founding member and co-director of the National Trial Advocacy College at the University of Virginia and has lectured and taught at that program every year since it was founded in 1981 years.
John has been a faculty member and have served on the Advisory Board for the Northwestern University Short Courses for Defense Counsel and Prosecutors each year since 1972, teaching trial advocacy.
